OUR CORE VALUES
Integrity, excellence, creativity, solutions-driven, respect, mavericks
Fikira Consulting is a pan-African entrepreneurial consultancy specializing in strategic brand, communications and public relations, market-entry as well as philanthropy consulting. The Fikira Consulting model is built on a network of agencies that enables us to service our clients, irrespective of their size of business. This keeps us nimble and our ideas fresh.
The consultancy, through its partnerships and footprint in over 15 countries, is also focused on providing in-depth understanding of the African landscape to new entrants, devising strategies and outreach programmes for companies to position them in new markets.
THE FIKIRA WAY
The African and Global landscape is constantly evolving. The Covid-19 pandemic has taught us that we have to reshape both the present and the future. Innovation and out-the-box thinking call for business unsusual. Companies have been exposed to new technologies, tactics, or opportunities that can be employed. But, one thing remains constant: To reach your goals and grow your business, take a step back to look at the bigger picture.
Using a five-phase approach, we connect the dots between your audience, your brand or company, and your business objectives. This approach shows us your whole organization, which helps us plot the brand’s journey.
By taking a phased approach, we help you define a winning strategy before diving into the tactical execution that will drive your business forward.
